Steeline offers a range of steel flooring systems as an economical alternative to timber subfloors. They're durable, easy to install and ideal for home construction and extensions, as well as commercial applications.

The Boxspan floor system is lightweight, shrinkage free, won’t twist and is designed to reduce bounce. The Boxspan floor frame can be designed to support any flooring type. Boxspan flooring comes with all necessary components, just like a kit, for easy installation. Boxspan is a substitute for timber, reducing the concern of termites.

The C-section flooring system offers a reduced height (240mm max) with bearers and joists custom cut to suit. This system uses adjustable galvanised stumps. All sections are manufactured from galvanised Z350-G450 hi-tensile steel and the system can be screwed together or welded on site.

Steeline Joists are made from high-quality steel and to form a beam used in the construction of the Steeline flooring system. Joists can be cut to varying lengths to suit.

The Top Hat Flooring System is similar to a traditional timber floor where the Joist (Top Hat) is fastened to the Bearer (Purlin). This system uses adjustable galvanised stumps. Bearers and joists are custom cut to suit. All sections are manufactured from galvanised hi-tensile steel.
